At least if you didn't exceed their quota, you can screw them entirely for not providing enough coverage or capacity in your area, etc.

If they find out it's unlimited they always use the fair usage as an excuse to say they have no choice but to limit you for others in the area to enjoy as well.

The seller is already MIA. At first I sign without a phone but than maxis actually called and say there is a phone but it is courier to the agent so ask me to contact agent about it. But i did ask maxis what phone is it?? they reply me not sure maybe a phone maybe a modem just ask me to get from agent. Did ask that fella about the phone giving excuse as usual and I lazy to F*** him and enjoy my BIZ68 untill idiotic maxis take their stupid action with stupid service.

You see it's not that they actually care whether their customers are suffering with congestion they are just interested in the money.

So as you can see their own meaning of "fair usage" also refers to their own interests of providing "fair" profit margins instead of subscriber experiences. I can tell you none of the telcos will think for their subscribers except for their own pocket.

I told him maxis called me saying the phone is with you. He replied maxis given me a wrong info. The phone currently no stock still chasing maxis asked me to wait for 1 week he will give me an answew after 1 week he is MIA.

Before taking from him there is no problem but after I payed him than saw a post all complaining about waiting for too long. I myself waited also nearly 1 month

i actually pay RM250 + RM100 Deposit (Which will be rebated in your bill) = RM350 Sim only package but Maxis called me and say there is a phone. That why I did not really chase about the phone.

Should be 2 years. Need to clarify with maxis since the pakistani MIA.

Me too paying RM250+RM68(first month bill), but without the phone/contract.
I bought from other seller though.

You should call Maxis to confirm everything.
It's really a pity if you are on contract but didn't get the phone.

meaning the seller is not honest and he went behind your back using your sim only packages to sign up a phone and using that phone to get extra profit
