btw, when u guys subscribing the rm68 plan, with a free phone bundled together, did u guys signed any acknowledgement document or sort of that? the seller never give me any documents to read upon and just requested for my ic and payment. simple enough thought, and i will never know what is written on the TnC page.

i think you better check with maxis and the seller again. maybe they hold your phone, hopefully u'll forget about it and they take the phone as their own.

He said, he will lower the deposit (in my case: RM200 instead of RM300), and he will pay the phone price and take the phone to himself (RM100 for Nokia Asha 305)
But I will still get a 2 year contract.

meaning the seller is not honest and he went behind your back using your sim only packages to sign up a phone and using that phone to get extra profit

Yup, users that have used up their quota are reporting the same thing. Speeds will drop to 56kbps (like zaman dial up). 

There is no additional charge with monthly unlimited plan, the name said it unlimited usage. Now use it while it fast
