How's the speed in kajang?Non-LTE i mean.Im in Bandar baru bangi, waiting eagerly to test the awaited Huawei e398 usb modem. 

no point have lte yet cant register. kinda like "for display purpose only"

I have a Dlink adaptor and it read like this Output +5V ~ 2.5A

tested liao, no difference.
Right now reverted some value to stock, and adjust angle of the modem, I'm able to get ~15Mbps download with ~50ms ping, good enough for me, although it's nothing compared to what Ms Fruitie got... Hope they put higher signal antenna to Sunway later on, lol

update, it does seems like sometimes when I load pages the pages layout are off( seems like css was not fetched ) or some images are shown to be broken link until i refresh again, soemtimes a few times to get everything loaded, is this normal? any solution for that?

folks those who are using the Biz68/99 or legacy data plans and have the simcard placed into smartphones and use it for wifi tethering to other devices i have made a bad discovery.

maxis is throttling your data speed once it detects that your smartphone is tethering to PCs or laptops.

i have done numerous speedtest after a fresh reboot of my phone w/o tethering and avg out the speed. I get abt avg of 1.2mbps due to my location and timing of test

the moment i turn on wifi tethering and connect my pc to it, then get the PC to load 2 pages of any website and once the website fully loads and stops i run speedtest on my smartphone again.

guess what, speedtest gives me communication error or the speed drops to 0.05mbps. i've done repeated tests and its the same avg speed

if i reboot my phone or switch to airplane mode then on again and also turn off wifi tethering the speedtest results go back to the earlier speed.

i've also got a 2nd line which is a surfmore 50 on a huawei e198 modem and the speed is the same as my smartphone without tethering switched on

once wifi tethering is on, somehow maxis is able to detect and throttles the speed

you guys can try this out and feedback

I just use the Nano sim puncher to punch out the nano sim and use the "bracket" as an adapter

I try to tether my DiGi Mobile Internet via my Galaxy S to my laptop, status shows connect but Internet just stagnant ~ cant move at all....

I think they going limit the number of Connections in term of UDP and TCP.   
Btw, these can be solved easily with VPN 

My Galaxy S was on VPN too, it just dun allow you to tether the VPN-ed connection out
