If you read one of the posts made by 'Spongebob' today, he did mention that he's the one who made the report about using VPN with Maxis.
and I'm pretty sure that he also reported about this so called 'illegal cap ayam' biz subscribers. rolleyes.gif
*
I also can say, I reported. Do you believe it? smile.gif

Well I don't care who actually made the report
As you can see now the outcome does affected all users smile.gif
*
Nobody ever knows if it is because of the reports that cause this issue.
I heard it was due to competitors' complaint to MCMC.
Imagine you are imposing 5GB quota and Maxis gives unlimited.
Tell me, how are you going to survive?

So, we have to learn to view things in a wider and broader perspective.

there's some user that already reported to maxis forum few months back in the maxis forum..sorry im to lazy to search for the link..but the point, it was reported! now all got the taste of it, legal or not, thanks to those goodhearted people.  smile.gif
*
I know, saw that long ago.
Not sure how much that could impact, but oh well maybe it does.

QUOTE(HiT-AbLe @ Jan 23 2013, 03:09 PM)
And why can't other Telcos offer the same unlimited package to compete? Is it coz Maxis has the money to play unlimited game which's othee Telcoc can't afford?  hmm.gif
*
No, not about affordability.
From the beginning, all wireless broadband plans (regardless, 3G, 4G, mobile Internet or bla bla plan) need to have quota. It is a regulation from MCMC to promote fairness among all users.
So that everyone has a piece of cake.

Every telco did offered undeterred data plan but it is only for corporate customer.

Dealer only offer Maxis corporate for consumer because Maxis got the best network infrastructure

This is not a tech support section.

wavezard, you made a mistake. Instead of telling the world you are going to PM them, they should PM you instead.

Now this whole thread is flooded with "pm me, pm me too, pm me 3" and so on.

For WBB, go http://mywireless.maxis.net.my to check or buy quota.
No need to login to mylaunchpad. Not sure if it's working for BIZ package.
*
That's the link I went. smile.gif
Very stressful to keep checking on quota. doh.gif

What are you talking? Read back my post and see what I answered to.
I don't know how to check as normal users. Yes, to activate LTE package needs RM 150.
Luckily my colleague will do free for me. biggrin.gif
