If you read one of the posts made by 'Spongebob' today, he did mention that he's the one who made the report about using VPN with Maxis.
and I'm pretty sure that he also reported about this so called 'illegal cap ayam' biz subscribers.

there's some user that already reported to maxis forum few months back in the maxis forum..sorry im to lazy to search for the link..but the point, it was reported! now all got the taste of it, legal or not, thanks to those goodhearted people. 

And why can't other Telcos offer the same unlimited package to compete? Is it coz Maxis has the money to play unlimited game which's othee Telcoc can't afford?

yeah, maybe some screwup in their system cause different quota . But for my company it seem standard at 5GB, even my colleague got the same cap.
