I try out this character BUT after 15 mins, felt bored oredi. Is it that this character's interesting part will come after you attain certain level?

Nope. RoV is completely useless because it's 1,250% damage over the course of 5 seconds (un-runed). That means, it's doing 250% damage per second in total to all targets, and DH is a class that moves a lot, rendering RoV miniscule in actual DPS. While the Dark Cloud rune helps 'pinpoint' targets automatically, the radius of tracking is no further than 50 yards, centred on your character, that would roughly mean anywhere from your character to halfway around the screen area, and will not track monsters further from that distance.

I used to like RoV because of its big numbers. Back then, it lasted longer (10 seconds un-runed) with the same cooldown. Now, they shortened the duration (but they buffed the overall damage and DPS) and render it unspammable.

Even with the new Nat set, the limited monster tracking makes it useless, unless you go pure paper DH and kill things super fast with your other skills.

Vengeance (seethe) + rapid fire (fire support) allows u to spam rapid fire with vengeance ... So it is twice the damage ...

Also with dual danettas ... My DH no longer uses discipline but hatred for vaults... Can almost spam vault..

On a side note... New manticores don't have dual socket anymore... Got a lv70 manticore a few days ago and wanted to enchant to get dual socket... But possible stat only showing socket (1)

Hmmm drop night stalker for brooding and replace bola-volatile with bitterpill? Need someway to regen discipline .. Could be using lots of smoke screen if against nasty packs... Please bare in mind my DH only have 1 life ... 😆

i gambled countless BS with kadala and yet no luck to get either garwulf or cindercoat.
then i joined cowithgun's T4 party, teleport to a player, someone killed a thrash mob and star on the floor.
it's a cindercoat! 

My last 1,600 blood shards yielded rare and magic bracers. Not even 1 leg, so RNG is strong in this game, making it super frustrating.

My drop rate has been annoyingly low as well, is it because I hardly make any complain posts on their official forum recently?

I only found 2 magefists in the game, 1 in my profile and the other souled.

I find these the most though:
- Saffron Wrap
- (badly rolled) Nagelring
- Windforce (post 2.0)
- Custerian Wristguard
- Angelhair Braid
- Bakkan Caster (this effed up 2h xbow is ALWAYS dropping)

I've not found these (DH stuff):
- Kridershot
- Natalya's part (except ring + 1h xbow)

I never found this, even since the beginning of the game:
- Leoric's Signet
As much as I like random, RNG is applied way too much in the game.

1. RNG for the chance of the legendary you need to drop
2. RNG for the chance of the legendary to roll the stats you need
3. RNG for the rolls to be within the max range (imagine getting a magefist that rolled CHD @ 27% *smh*)
4. RNG for the chance to re-roll the stats you want with Mystics (highest re-roll cost I have is on my Natalya's Slayer, currently at 1.5m per roll)

So yes, it's bloody frustrating how this game is at. The only reason I'm still at it is because my clan is full of crazy people, to keep me entertained while I'm grinding through a game that feels like no avail.

I know it's random, but it seriously sucks. But then again, I play by myself a lot, that's why I don't have any DH to farm together.

The only thing I'm lucky that RNGsus actually was kind enough to me is my RRoG, MF and Zakara.

I spent thousands on kadala and my average legs rate is probably about 1 in 1000 bs. With chest armor, it's usually that crap Aquila quiras or some lousy dh cloak.

Which class you use when you got that cinder coats?
