Maintenance fee oredi went up to 0.34 cent. so we are looking at almost 500 ringgit maintenance fee per month for 1.4sqf one.

for those who bought developer unit entitled to 3 years free maintenance fee must bear the 3 cent increase.

Cheap smaller size lelong unit check into the lelong market.
