i remember being in the showroom before it was built and thinking that this UEM sunrise condo must look good when built.

Now i see the photo for the first time i'm quite shocked, i wonder what went wrong. is it the color scheme. ? highly unimpressive looking block of flats.

Actually the rendering quite descent.....

Must be the color scheme and small windows.

actually if you ask me, i think small windows (as opposed to the current modern style of full length windows) makes for better living space within the units.

Disadvantages of full height windows - heat (greenhouse effect) , more areas of potential leaks when sealant wears out, lack of privacy, more expensive blinds or curtains.

they look old fashioned, not modern , but there are many impracticalities for full height glass.

Not after rebate and cash back?

So by any mean its much lesser than 30% launching if net of rebate discount and cash back?

Didnt check the launching price. Just base on bank valuation. Above post got state the bank valuation for the unit. 800k.

Is durian runtuh since Verdi only come partial furnish from the developer with preinstall kitchen cabinet and aircon that's all.
So getting those other furniture plus most important thing the unit is in okay condition is a bonus.

Refer the posting date. 3 months apart = 90 days. Meaning the new owner settled everything before breaking into the unit. Everything inside the house is now legally his coz the house is already legally under his name.
