This kind of size is huge, manyak Okok good area with this size minimum start from rm700k... but for this price rm570k+... Per sqf memang below rm500 psf... Sibeh jialat liao.

Yerp, the facade is really mehhh, way off from the rendering picture. Mirage has nicer facade than Verdi and the only good thing about Verdi is the facility.

Best looking should be crystal residence. Market price alot cheaper and looks way better than this.
However, their facilities here looks good la. When u live inside the unit, u guess the facade doesn't affect much on the experience. |
