All big size unit still end up sold at above 500k in the lelong market. Meaning still got demand from buyer, will attract ppl when the price is cheap enough.

at a glance indeed a good buy, but maintainance wise how much does the seller need to pay monthly for this kind of unit .
1442 x 0.28psqft + sinking fund = RM403.76++ iinm

As usual, is from the biggest size unit. Level 42 is the highest floor unit? Or maybe should wait drop another round to below 500k?

how much to get the unit done like that by the makeover guys now? the last time i got a quote from them for a studio 300+sqft, would cost me about RM20k.

Makeover Guys usually use low quality furnishing. They use many wallpapers. The whole place looks flat and quite cheap finishing.
