Just now pusing2 verdi site with my wife...hoping to pick up dead chicken in auction if owner unable to service their loan once completed later...if there ever gonna be lols....

Symphony Hills master plan is very good. Good for all class of except student... I wish I can retire there.

Maintenance every month how much? I think many ppl overlook this factor. Its a fixed monthly commitment and for retired folks u need to factor this in.

True. Is not cheap to maintain.
True ATAS life only afford that kind of retirement...

But for new condo maintainence at 0.30 not consonsider normal?? where got new condo below 0.20?? Shd be 0.25 to 0.30 consider reasonable??

Because the it is 10 acres of landscaping work to maintain, each block have total of 4 lifts some more, 3 tier facilities, centralise water heater, etc and cost for these are beared by only 700 ++ buyers only. Low density come with a price.

1 more thing to note is the Smart home system have a dedicated server for each unit and the maintenance is bear by buyer himself.

wow... 1 level consist of 4 700sf, 2 900sf+ and 4 1400sf+ so total sf per floor is around 10500sf and each level r paying around 3.3k, so for 44 floor, its 145k/block and 2 block around 300k maintenance collected/mth... really cool yeah....

tats y developer r so rich... not only earn from building but also after sales...
