Those Serin units renting @ 1.8k are mostly 965 sqft with basic furnishing (lights & fan). Their loan + maintenance should be around 1.5k (my estimation).

The 1151sqft unit with full furnishing are mostly renting from 2.7k~3k. Semi furnished I think around 2.1k~2.4k. Tenants profile are pretty mixed though other than the infamous ME and PH, there are Japanese, Filipinos, Indonesian expats and quite some locals too. Responsible owner are choosing their tenants carefully though.

The oversupply issue is bound to happen in the near future I believe. And when it happens, no property in Cyber is able to dodge the bullet.

Verdi booth also setup at iproperty fair in Subang parade. I didn't enquire coz I went to their site few times already.

Never visit mbtl before... Only pass by, but if you want to go jogging at lake from mbtl, you nid to cross a main road right?
I only know seg and sh good landscape... The rest not very well known? Can intro more?

Saw still quite a lot of units available in Verdi.

Was interested with the 2 room unit but disappointed with the layout. Kitchen is basically at the living.

For 900sf, they should have done better with the layout.
Also don't like the fact that the lap pool is only 25 meter, when so much space was allocated to greens....they should done better with the pool.

most of the units left are bigger units.... smaller units selling better than bigger 1... as the bigger units are too expensive..

agree on the layout.. the layout wasted lotsa space.. on the kitchen side, you still can make partition to separate living and kitchen.. probably they have a big living room which waste lotsa space too... the layout are disappointed...

i see nothing wrong on 25m pool.. they have Jacuzzi... landscape are their main concern.. but dont know how they deal with mosquitoes when theirs landscape are so green...

That's just personal preference on the pool. There is a 50meter pool at the club house though.....but have to pay.
The club house is nice I got to admit. To me better than SEG. Saw Garden residence clubhouse, really lousy.

That is really laughable...Verdi is priced at premium...price starts at 450k iinm the size is only 650-700 sqft?

It might be priced on market rate right now due to other dev like hyve, third avenue, pangaea priced at similar or higher rate....

but when they launch more than 2 years back it is expensive and very ambitious pricing...
