The VP date will be on April. Binastra have send out letter for collecting water and electricity deposit last week. Anyone received this?

Binastra staff posted but the stamp fees was not enough and ended up i have to collect it @ POS and POS charged me 50 cents for the short-stamp fees. Yes! you have to go Binastra Office to make the payment with a photocopy IC.By the way they are asking another photocopy of ic? I realised before turning right up our main gouard house (hyundai row), i saw some new row of house/shop with some basketball court. Looks like a school or some hostel kinda building.
I never thought there will be one such building in the future. Any idea what is that? |

It looks like a school thanrefuge camp.btw i never receive any letter on deposit and still went there to pay.already 30 days late.was told vacant possesion is on end april 17.
