Hi, yes, I have visited the unit,common area, badminton hall. The quality seems not bad from brief inspection, I posting the negative here just hoping Binastra can do some modification or decoration. Really disappointed on the landscape but maybe haven't done yet, the lobbŷ entrance for each block seems not match with the video, the corridor looks a bit low but maybe haven't done yet. Overall, if Binastra still going on with the green planting, landscaping and the design n decorative thing, I think I still will be a happy owner..

+1 about the number plate?
Is this unit specially designed so other people (eg Ah Long/first wifey) also hard to find?

Don't think so, it still the best condo I have visited so far. I did not have experience with those 1-2m condo, but below 1m I visited quite a number.

Lol..still haven't done yet..the plate still ok..not too bad

If it's still work in progress, no point pointing out problems and making other owners agitated, right? Won't be good for any of you if there's negative image associated with this project. Anyway, from the photos posted, I feel it is a very decent place, congrats on your purchase!

The problem I pointed out is the problems can't be fixed or won't be fixed..e.g. The main lobby entrance for block a..really small compare to what was illustrated..other previous complain like the windows frame quality n colour..

We are disappointed because of the illustration of the video and picture

Developer is promised have door grill when i bough the unit, now said no have. Better ask developer to explain

Kitchen Hood, Stove & Oven should be Electrolux Brand, Owners pls insist them to give cause their said only will change if the brand or company is close down. What happen???? Binastra previous project Cybersquare have a lot problem, like lift not working, ppl stuck inside lift. Lobby was flood. The ceiling board fall down.............

sorry to say, that's one of the most pathetic main doors I've ever seen on a new house. not talking about just in malaysia.

Anyhow I will change the main door..now I only hope the quality is good..

Better check your DMC... usually main door is not allowed to be changed.

omg main door entraince less than 3ft macam. macam bedroom door

Seems like 400 x 400mm tiles, but if that's the case, then the door width is just 600-700mm from the photo, which is way to small for a main door. If those are 600mm tiles, then the door width will be around 1000mm which is about right.
