I hope all GRC owners will not tolerant all this vague and insincere reply. Question everything. Last time service charge is based on psf, now its by share unit. Paying RM0.30 psf and RM0.30 per share unit gives different result. Share unit will give higher amount because now it includes accessory parcels like carpark.
