Nice one. Are you using his app to monitor the incoming current? I use the Battery Monitor Widget pro readout, but when I actually look at it is during USB charging. I always plug my phone to charge overnight, so I never got the chance to look at the readout at the time. Anyway, what I can see from the charging graphs is that I'm getting about 30% per hour, so I'm ok with it. Well, this another app to try and compare the readout.

Since the battery is quite lasting.. sometimes I still have over 30% battery left at night. Do you still charge it overnight? Will it affect the battery in the long run??

Will it affect the battery in the long run?? I've done this with every phone I've ever owned, never had bad battery effects except for the normal lifespan wear and tear. My batteries last at least 1 year.

Well, this another app to try and compare the readout. yup, I have tried the app and it is a very small and simple app that gives you the reading of the min, max and average current and like I posted I got 1800mA output average. I never charge my phone overnight as I always switch off whenever it hit 100% fully charged.

I thought they would have tighter tolerances for cleaner power to their premium products.

QUOTE(joytest @ Jan 25 2013, 12:48 AM) Yeah man I get the idea. Seeing 100% when you wake up is such a good perk up. but note 2 charging time is so short, 1-2 hour can 100% from 0%, that's why i think no need to put overnight. cos there might be burden to the cut off charging circuits (charge discharge whole night), and during idle i notice the phone discharges around 10-20% for 6-7 hours... just charge it when u take your lunch, the battery gonna last u a long time d. btw, a lot people just put it to charge whole night and has no problem at all, so why bother
