QUOTE(sacremento @ Jan 20 2013, 05:48 PM) zzz...my sdcard corrupted. all files gone. lucky i did backup with TBpro. u use your uSD as your RAM, don't u?? just guessing. went to claim for warranty. they tested the sdcard with their phone and manage to read the card. then i tried with my phone and still cant read so i asked them to format the card for me and tried again and it works. but i told them this method wont last long coz i tried many times and the problem will happen again. simple answer from them : u wait until reli2 losak balu claim walenti la. haihzzz...waste 30min of drive. |

QUOTE(sacremento @ Jan 20 2013, 05:57 PM) is that possible? i never did any tweaking with the RAM. just swap memory. maybe the expert can correct me, i think there is a way to fake your uSD as RAM, and RAM requires constant read/write, uSD read/write cycle is limited, and not ready to do that. i dunno what is RAM swapping.but seriously sandisk sd card is such a let down. |

i only know micro SD, dunno about microsdhc and sdxc card...
yeah, the price of 32GB for uSD is around RM95. i prefer not to buy sandisk or kinston. after u buy, just directly use the SDCardTester apps to read and write full 300MB to check for real/fake on capacity and speed. |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Jan 21 2013, 10:44 AM) I bought from my friend - https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2520466, I believe during the early days of Note II, aspire2oo6 did bulk Liquid Armor from him as well. i saw in youtube that the layer is good, and he drag the screen face down the road with bike, and the layer is scratch, and he uses his finger to scratch off the layer, guess it will be difficult to remove the liquid armor layer if need to do it that way.Not sure why he closed his thread, probably no more stock? No harm PM-ing him. how do you think about the layer? good? |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Jan 21 2013, 10:53 AM) Few days ago I noticed a scratch on my screen, however I couldn't further verify if it is the scratch on the coating or my screen. Not sure how to scratch off the layer, scare that if I do it too deep, it will actually scratch my real LCD screen. yeah, looks like the layer is scratch because another layer of the liquid applied and the scratch is gone (dissolve into the new layer).Anyway, I was a bit paranoid and went and applied another layer after 3 months of usage, now the scratch seems to have magically disappeared. Overall, it is a good product. u can use metal to remove that layer actually i try to scratch the screen with my key beside the front camera side, not successful. i guess the hardness of gorilla glass is higher than metal, sand is the same level of hardness of the gorilla glass. for surface to be scratched by another, the hardness must be less than the scratch-er |

then waze (uses mobile data) is much more worth it as gps nav, since data is so cheap (100MB for RM2 maxis).

QUOTE(joytest @ Jan 25 2013, 12:48 AM) but note 2 charging time is so short, 1-2 hour can 100% from 0%, that's why i think no need to put overnight.cos there might be burden to the cut off charging circuits (charge discharge whole night), and during idle i notice the phone discharges around 10-20% for 6-7 hours... just charge it when u take your lunch, the battery gonna last u a long time d. btw, a lot people just put it to charge whole night and has no problem at all, so why bother |
