Before dis i just using micro sim where seller cut for then. Not having loss signal bar and 3g was ok. Then yesterday change to iphone 5 where i need to change to nano sim. Pick up nano sim from digi bangsar store. I saw dat, having problem in term of 3g connectivity. Then signal bar only 3. If in the house, the bar will be 3. Goin out, sumtimes full. And now im at ou, bar show 3 bar only. May i know, is there any problem because of nano sim still new or others? Have been like dis but dat time digi upgrading its service.

i tot change to nano sim will be ok. nevermind then coz i went digi store 2times, 1st system down. 2nd, edi can take the nano sim. but dunno it would be like dis. if know from earlier, better change to normal sim then cut to nano sim.

Stupid digi. Change to nano sim, hardly get full bar. In my rent house, 3bar the highest. Im my kampung alor setar, 2bar. The lowest no service. Wth. Never happen like dis before. Where im using normal and nano sim. Always full bar. Change to nano sim, cane dis stupid problem. If say ip5 problem, i edi used hotlink in it. Full bar. But hotlink is normal cutting sim not nano sim.

Yeah. Im so dispointing with dis. Cheap but not good coverage. Maxis expensive but good coverage. Most said, digi nano sim not stable yet. Really down bout dis. Coz phone is most important in my life where im using it in my daily life.

but digi kena saman about drop call

between digi maxis and celcom, the highest kena sama is digi then celcom and maxis. mcmc saman then becoz many user complaint bout line problem including drop call.

even we call CS, report bout 3g lah line lah drop call lah. wat the gonna do ? coz we not the vvip. they will consider vvip 1st then normal customer like us. i know this coz im working in maxis network operating center where all the maxis network inside it.

in kedah i kenot use 3g. 2g only. dunno why after upgrade to nano sim 3g signal in kedah not never good. before dis normal sim and micro sim 3g can get.

so no lte for iphone rite ?

i tot this area still didnt have LTE yet. as i had changed to Usim since 2013. that time im using 5s. and now, ip6. but then i didnt get any LTE coverage since 5s. only get carrier update. until last few weeks, my office mate said got LTE this area, jalan raja chulan even in the office. im quite shocked. then checked my sim with other device. confirmed, my iphone 6 doesn't have any issue as my friends maxis sim card got LTE when insert at my device. but mine sim, doesn't get any at his device. 2 years. im waiting. shit man !

this saturday gonna change my Usim again.

network reset ?

i use Usim since 2013 (5s) until last week (6)

meaning that, 2 device already use the same Usim. didnt get any LTE signal at my area. Jalan Raja Chulan already got LTE here as my friends got it with different device.

last sunday changed 2nd Usim. but then still the same. need to network reset ? cause i think its not device issue as i tried maxis simcard at my iphone 6 got the LTE signal.

at first i think no need to reset. but then saja2 tried network reset. hmm nothing.

and using family plan with mobile internet data 5gb RM 88 per month.

dont say, family line wont get any LTE as my mother in law also sub same as mine and got the LTE at home. and we were in the same house but i didnt get any. my husband as main line using 5s got LTE
