I just signed up Digi78 for Iphone 6+. The data is so slow that it capped at 0.30 mb whenever I do speed test. Very slow speed.
I have done speedtest together with my friend (digi user as well) note 3, my speed capped at 0.3mb and his speed at 5.7 mb.
Just want to know is it Iphone problem?

My wife iPhone 5 and my Mi3 also get 5-10mbps. Only using Smart Plan 50 and Smart Family 28.

line activated 4 hrs after calling. noticed the old one still got line but no data so i switched off all phone and restart ip6+. then got le service already. all running fine now. commissioned to my waifu dee

Went to Digi kiosk in KLIA to change to new sim card, they said no problem but have to wait for few hours, i told them im changing new phone from i4s, they told me can cut the sim..

Straight away cut it and can use like normal.

However for LTE, do we need to change to new sim card?

Old SIM card may not support LTE. Maybe you can check at Digi Centre or try call Digi Helpline.

From Digi website:

"If you are already subscribed to one of the plans listed above, please make sure that you are using our special USIM card to enjoy 4G LTE"
"Look for the letter “U” on your SIM card – if you see it, you’re ready for 4G LTE."

Don't know leh. DiGi store told me if order from them will get faster than online order.

The thing is, the neares Digi store is 78.8km away. So, if order from them, later need to go pick up right? so costly.. if can go once and buy then easier..

To those who purchased online, did Digi gave you guys tracking number? what courier did they use? And how long it take to reach u from the day of launch?

Went to check out digi times square. Guy told me that they're restocking on the 14th nov. But they're not sure whether iphone 6 64gb will be included in the batch

Hopefully it's a nationwide restock! Any idea if it's specific to this branch only?
