Frustrating sia. If I had known it would take this long for them to restock I would've ordered from Apple online instead. :\

Restock also no use...later u have to deal with no signal. =.=;;

I think they have an issue with these set of sim numbers or something from the online store.

2) Weekend free call only work when 600mins finish or when I call to Digi on weekend it did not reduce the free 600mins?

I have called many times since 6 Nov and got "activated" many times but NOTHING actually happened.

Anyway, I called again just now because 3 days ago they promised me target is 11 Nov. This time the CS say their system has been fixed and have updated for me and told to wait 2 - 4 hours.

Okay, this time my SIM really activated. rclxm9.gif

Called CS and was told to wait 2-4 hours but actually activated within 5 minutes. So I guess they have really fixed their system problem.

All SIM cards that came with iPhone 6 are LTE/4G compatible?

I sent SMS to 20000 with the text LTE

The answer I got is: "LTE=OFF Please change SIM card to enjoy LTE"

Huh??
