Prefer condo which near to LRT
I had survey :-
1. PJ terrances house.. all looks old, quite a distance to Asia Jaya LRT
2. Setapak, PV13 area, nearby Wangsa Maju LRT but need to drive

Any room which nearby LRT(walking distance from house), and yet the room/house dont look so old ?

Wangsa Maju - Metroview, Menara Alpha ...etc (8min walking distance)
Taman Melati - PV 2,3,5,6,8 (15min walking distance)
