i got offered to work in Brunei, 1 year contract. Perhaps 2nd year to be permanent or still continue contract (i dont mind either) as long as the pay is good.
Pay is in USD. Offered not less than 4k

i applied with Huawei directly & i didnt chose to be located overseas.
Upon interview, should your posts required to be overseas, they will let you know to decide whether you want to be in Malaysia or anywhere else.

Hi all, how long do you expect to receive an offer from the day of the interview? 1 month?Or is it less? Will they reply back to you if your application is successful or not? I have been waiting for 1 month 1 week already but I need a closure to it. I tried to email to both they HR and Engineer that interviewed me but none of them response to my email. Should I consider my application have been unsuccessful or I still have the chance?

Why don't make a call to HR for inquiry the interview status ?

btw hows the allowances for huawei , if u are a frequent travller within the Region e.g Indon.. phill.. thai... sg. etc etc..

Hi, I got an offer from local bank with good salary and remuneration. I was thinking of calling the HR and telling them that I have received the offer from the bank. Will it be a good decision to make as I have been waiting for the offer over a month already. Perhaps that will fasten things up little bit. If fact, at this time I am good with the bank offer just that if Huawei started calling me when I already accept the offer, I'll be dammed because unable to make a choice. I already called the HR but they seem to unable to say when probably I will know the result. So frustrating

Huawei staff if correct has a few level of allowances depending on your role. Assuming you are based in Malaysia but you travel overseas, you will not get Overseas Allowance but Travel Allowance which is allocated from the local office.

(Staff Salary)+(Overseas Allowance)+(Hardship Allowance)+(Meal Allowance)

mind sharing what employee benefits are offered to staff?

1. are there OT claims?
2. any subsidy/claim for professional body annual membership/subscription fee?
3. any contractual bonus?
