I got offered for Remote Support Engineer. Anything I should consider before accepting the offer?

Before I joined Huawei I also read a lot of bad comments about no work life balance. Apparently it depends on the department you are in. I am in Technical Assistant Center (TAC) and not working in project. Work life balance in TAC is ok actually. A lot of people go back on time and I usually leave around 6pm+ too (working hours 9am - 6pm).
Unless you are on standby then it is a different story, but standby duty is only one week a month. You will receive call anytime after work hours and on weekend. |

QUOTE(raymondha @ Mar 13 2018, 05:24 PM) I had to go office on Saturday to do some exam before and had to attend weekly training/exam on Wednesday nights and Friday nights. Luckily no more for Friday nights. So many after office hours activities and all are work related. |
