MCA President remarked - “CHANGE IN-GOVT WILL DISRUPT ECONOMY – THIS IS CRUCIAL AS THE PRIME MINISTER DECIDES ON EVERYTHING”

1. We urge the government to leave Genneva M’sia in peace without causing more bloodshed within gennevarians. We are also hoping the government will not be fooled by their people who are using them for selfish gain.

2. MCA President remarked - “CHANGE IN-GOVT WILL DISRUPT ECONOMY – THIS IS CRUCIAL AS THE PRIME MINISTER DECIDES ON EVERYTHING”

3. On the contrary, another associate commented that
“To think that Prime Minister Dato’ Sri Najib Tun Razak has the power to use his power to meddle with the issue would be wrong. The executive, legislative and judicial bodies in a country must not lapse into each other. If Najib does use his power to interfere in the matter, it would be an abuse of power and that would spell retirement for him. You must take note that only the court has the power to unfreeze the account - not Bank Negara Malaysia, not the Ministry, not the PDRM and most certainly not our Prime Minister. The monies involved are frozen and will be used as evidence in court.”

4. In simple English, they can use their vast power to DO you immorally but they cannot use their vast power to UNDO you MORALLY except through costly lawsuits. HOW CONVENIENT!!!

5. When they reported earlier that they would give priority to our issue to speed up the investigations for our rights so that our safety will not be compromised, it is confirmed now that they were buying time.

6. They may still be buying time by occasionally inviting their friendly media to cunningly speculate rumors and hiding behind false information on the pretext of protecting the gennevarians and misleading the public with malice for more slandering.

7. THE CONTROVERSIAL RAID OF GENNEVA MALAYSIA has obviously disrupted every gennevarians livelihood. It has strangled some to the point of deaths in the families, fallen sick and escalating suffering for every family.

8. The public are aware that the authorities had track records of many raiding on several gold traders. However, we would like to ask if the authorities have identified any plan to help the business of this industry for the betterment of the country.

9. There are 60,000 jobs having created by Genneva M’sia which involving 300,000 individuals and on the rise. We, gennevarians would like to know why must the authorities apply such vulgar tactics to disrupt many lives.
