Betul la Bro. Ultimately also kena banned. I wonder how is their JR exercise coming along? The 2 fella James Lim and James Wong, both also not heard of after they asked a whole barrage of questions with regards to the JR.

Left in there are just fellows who are champion in proposing things.. like

Well there were collecting police reports and money for months now. I thought their help desk were to help the victims not collect money. They even claim a "prominent" law firm is behind them - I so want to know which firm this is.

WTF is that even supposed to mean? What experience? What, exactly, is the background of the directors and the people behind Genneva? They all claim to have some experience in gold mining and trading but have not actually been able to supply actual proof. What gold mines? Where? Which country? Has anyone bothered to check or verify? Also, Poh Kong has already denied Ng Poh Weng's claim that he was formerly a founder.

Its like VGMC (Virgin Gold Mining Corporation). Its gold mining in name only. They claim to have interests in various gold mines around the world but its all rather vague. They have not been able to provide a verifiable list of mines that they have a stake in, yet somehow people are stupid enough to buy soime so-called 'shares' in the company.

As for their so-called JR, I believe their present excuse for the delay in filing is because they need to key in the info submitted so far into an Excel spreadsheet. They claim that there's a lot of paperwork to go through. I am guessing that they must be not very good at data entry...probably a little like my father who tentatively pokes at the keyboard with 2 fingers.

I am almost tempted to volunteer and go help them out since I have the sort of typing skills that bosses wish their secretaries have (programmer mar, so I am l337 ). Than again, I got better things to do with my time than to help out a bunch of deluded nutcases. Its just that I'm tempted to get the ball moving before I run out of popcorn again.

Ex-investors of Gold Guarantee gather at Hong Lim Park; petition for quicker action

group of ex-investors of the now defunct gold trading company, The Gold Guarantee, turned up at Hong Lim Park Wednesday afternoon to sign a petition urging authorities to step up their investigations against the errant firm.

The Gold Guarantee, which started in July 2011, offered an investment scheme whereby investors buy gold at a premium and receive monthly payouts, depending on how much clients invest. Investors were left stranded when its founder and chief executive, Mr Lee Song Teck, went uncontactable last month.

By lunchtime, a crowd of about 100 people, including onlookers, had gathered at Hong Lim Park. Some 180 signatures were collected as of 2.30pm.

Attendees of the event, mostly ex-agents and ex-investors of the company, said the petition will be submitted to the Prime Ministers Office. They called for the Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) to accelerate investigations, and for a government body to regulate firms with similar operation

the latest exchange this new avatar calling itself "Andy Lim" the most vocal volunteer at GMS now, said, they have a FEW legal firms but have not decided on which ones.

But they are doing data entry .. for what ?? I don't really know, if the law firm actually wants to take their case, all the information keyed in may be useless and have to be done again .. so I think the organizer there is just buying time.. prolonging the matter to give them more opportunity to bleed more money from the customers.

So without the support of this firm, all the money for the filing process must come from himself first. So we must support this lawyer and we are at the last stage of getting your gold and money stuck in BNM back. As this is the LAST PUSH, we will need another contribution of RM100.00 from all customers for this to be suceessful.

5... [this will go on and on and on...] and it can go on forever because some people will believe this and never wake up..

Otherwise.. surely I will get banned quickly.

Funny is that these people are so hardup for praises , it is painful so see la..

So what is the next deadline ? Way past March 6th already ! But I guess they did not say it was 6th March 2013 - so better get them to specify the full date otherwise the neck gets longer by the week
