Just Start on Trip to Witcher world starting yesterday , have play few hour with it .
But about one + hour , start feeling motion sickness expecially when using witch sense . Any one having same problem with me ?

Maybe its incoming DLC to "expand" beyond world's end.

If it isn't link, you wouldn't be able to get the gog dlc to recognize your game. I suggest play the game first while redownload the backup installer from GOG client. yeah i know..24GB..


maybe turning off motion blur and blur option helps?

You'll get used to it I guess. It's like playing FPS game for some.

Actually that's not the edge of Valen... it's somewhere south east.
I forced to go around the mountain (pass the big tree north of where I stand) to reach the village near the shore... It turn out reachable that way, just not from where I stand on the map. I'll assume it's a glitch.

Though, aren't they hype that you can travel without loading screen? So far it's the opposite that we have...

hi there. i am also having slight problem as yours. what i did was i go video setting, and then post processing. just turn off motion blur and you will be fine.

At the post processing there , i remember got c one is motion blur and one is blur , so should i turn off both or just motion blur ?

after update into 1.03 the performance for my outdated r9 280x increased, can reach 40 fps on ultra now

yeah, I tried to go there but you cant get on top of the mountain, you can get nearby but to climb it is a no no, but there is a locked stone door nearby the abandoned settlement, its probably main quest related. If you want to kill some basilisk and wyvern, there are a couple of them there.

Damn, my 970 cant even put all in ultra. Had to lower the shadow, background characters, view distance, grass, etc2. Some like details and texture can put on ultra.

Any one using the GTX 750 Ti or the gpu at the same range ?

Blur is more of a general effect which applies to blurring on all applicable environment. Motion blur meanwhile is an active effect on things like certain action (motion) example sword fights, running, horseback, spellcasting, etc.

If you think you generally cannot handle or dislike the blurring effects in the game then just turn both off. It's not going to affect the quality of the visuals.

Rode roach into late night, came across a cemetery. Got off, meditate until morning.

I am always scared with zombies and ghost kinda game. But I don't really find this game that scary seriously

i think the effect that you dislike is the one that occurred when you pan the camera rite? if that so, motion blur is the one you need to turn off. another option on blur affect far distanced object etc.
