quite interesting to see LBS actually directly using a thread here to help promote the sale of the new development at bsp.

Must have realized how effective it was at getting information across to a whole new segment of buyers via social media, a good lesson learned from the Ivory and Magenta Residences episodes I suppose?

imho, what is needed more now would be to generate more confidence and reliability in the development.

And guys.. pls construct the buildings properly this time... =_='.

----------------------

On another note, this area is not too bad to live in, If you're one of those that must live in the midst of all the lights, sounds and action of the city, this place might not be right for you. But if you're up for some peace and quiet after a long work day/week , this place is great, there are fresh air ( for now? ) from the tea plantation hills nearby and for once, we can actually see the stars in the sky unobstructed from the city lights.

And its not too bad, a short drive away and we're back in Taipan for your shot of civilisation.

Cheers

i heard that from a friend of mine where her friend failed to withdraw money from EPF and hear-say that the staff there said no money, but with majority feedback from people saying no problem with withdraw, then i suppose is just misunderstanding smile.gif
