Yes.. people who work in putrajaya and cyberjaya can opt to buy in Kajang, Dengkil, Sg.Merab and etc which has direct access without toll to cyber and putrajaya. Most of BSP residence works in either putrajaya or cyberjaya.

Its more than investors is getting smarter that make this prop hard to sell. Think wisely, look around, all good units here were sold within 1 month. The other one was sold due to empty promises. Expecting a shopping complex but now it turn out to be a landfill.. 

Ameera much better. Same price. 1% d/p vs 2% d/p. Freehold vs. Leasehold. 1250sqft vs 1000sqft.

Apple to apple? Then what's equivalent to BSP Skypark? Very hard to find a new project which is launched for few months but sales <10% to compare le. Good luck to your sales too

I guess we can come back next year and there will still be units left. Launched so many months with so many discounts only 10% sold (Haven't minus those units bought by insiders).

They cant even attract Mydin. Have to build own mall somemore. Maybe all shops to be like LBS speedmart, LBS cinemas, LBS fashion and etc. Haha.

yea..got many things included also.. can say nearly fully furnish..and yes, price about same and its freehold..depends on buyer lo..if those buyer ardy financially establish they can go for property without dibs included.but if for those average earner ppl, every month need to pay 1k interest is quite hefty.. though i know that so called dibs scheme ardy mark up or 'openly' included into the property prices.

another consideration is distance. somehow i feel bsp is nearer to subang, usj, pj, damansara area where i go the most. i have visited the ameera in kajang, very impressive...

Correction, even under dibs you still have to pay the interest monthly, later only claim to dev. The one that you says is the govt loan. Agree distance play important role, but developer play even more important role. A good developer can turn a swamp/jungle/lake into a mega city, but that kind of dev is/will never be LBS.

Discount for parents day? its just to hide the fact that they cannot sell their unit. Parents day only one day, why on earth the promotion is for 2 month. Is it really for parents day? childish tactics..
