Correction, even under dibs you still have to pay the interest monthly, later only claim to dev. The one that you says is the govt loan. Agree distance play important role, but developer play even more important role. A good developer can turn a swamp/jungle/lake into a mega city, but that kind of dev is/will never be LBS. Discount for parents day? its just to hide the fact that they cannot sell their unit. Parents day only one day, why on earth the promotion is for 2 month. I am looking into BSP Skypark as well but not too sure if I want to invest another in BSP - at 50-50. I am selling my landed to invest in another as I want to get 90% loan and not 70% loan. Soooo sacrificing my landed house in Bandar Saujana Putra...anyone interested..can PM me...
