did anyone test whether it's now successful to IBG transfer to Citibank to pay for Watami card ? If i want to involve Bank Negara i should complain about Aeon or Citibank ?

The last time I transfer IBG(charged RM0.10) to Citibank through Public Bank acc to Pay for my AEON Watami cc was successful, BUT the amount rebounded back the next day to my Public Bank acc. I do not recieved sms alert when i do online payment with OTP.
Can request aeon to trigger sms alert for this kind of transaction? My m2u amex always sms me even with OTP online transaction |

I signed up for New Aeon Gold in April and till now still haven't received the RM50 GST offset. Called CS in April and they told me it will be credited into my acc after end-July. Gonna call again today. Anybody have similar experience here?

The cashback for the petrol promo is not reflected in this month's statement. It was very prompt last month. Anyone facing this?
