mine petrol balik kampung special 5% rebate also not reflected in this month statement.

just called their customer service. they said the 5% rebate will only be reflected on next month statement.

Emailed aeon CS and ask about permanently increase credit limit.

But they mention required to hold the card at least 1 year then only can review the credit limit.

Is that true? When aeon approve my card it was little low (1.7x of monthly salary). I just hold the card around 4-5 months

u ask them since they delay 1 month give the cash rebate, can we charge back aeon with the interest rate 18% p.a?

really ? i remember CS told me to try again when I hold the card for 6 months, u can submit the form then it should be standard across all banks, maybank 6 months is fine

do aeon give us points when we do balance transfer from other bank to aeon bank ?

Hmm...mine was, i called in and the CS told me they will forward the form to my email and i can just fill in and submit....i remember i need to submit 3 payslips if not mistaken @@
They were FAST! forgot how long it takes but 1 week maybe for everything to kautim. Did it sumwhere in MAR/APR this year.
