Submitted my application on last Monday and called their service center on this Wesnesday. CS told me that they didn't receive my application and will check with the branch that I submitted the application. Today the branch called me and saying that there is problem on my application so it will be late a bit to approve. I keep asking what is the problem on my application. Finally they said they haven't submit my application. I told them it is urgent and please submit by Monday. Promise me within 2 weeks can approve last time but did't even submit my application until now.

same issue with mine.. haih

True, we still pay 2%. Really a trick only for the desperado. Haha

On what? Balance transfer? I faxed my application and immediately call the CS up on the advice of anoda CS officer I called earlier. Immediately the CS officer said the CC dept will call me the next day. And true, the next day 10am, the CC dept called me for verification and wala, she said within 10mins will receive confirmation of BT application. And true again, I received the sms on confirmation of approval for my BT. Aeon really efficient.

CC application. I would like to do BT after get CC. I will try to use fax on BT application instead of submission at their branch. Thanks for your sharing.

Exactly same as my thought.. Going to apply this card for BT purpose.. haha.. I had already ask the CS to called the branch to speed up the whole application process.. Its been 1 week yet the branch officer did not submit my application to the HQ.. sigh..

Yes do not submit BT to branch. I call up the CS much earlier to confirm the procedures. The nice Malay lady told me to call them up immediately after you faxed your BT application. She said not to deliver to the branch because even the branch must fax to KL for processing purpose. So if you fax on your own and then call up, it will be much faster.

My BT has been approved immediately within 1 day. Now they are just processing the payment.

As for CC application, I applied at the booth in Queensbay Mall Penang. The sales-lady seems desperate for her commission so my application (including delivery to QB Mall for self-collection) was done within 10 days.

I dun understand. What does his attachment gotta do with e-statement?

Aeon Bukit Tinggi. Apparently the branch officer told me that they require manager to sign on my application form before they can submit to HQ. Due to manager was on leave for few days, the application form was only submitted yesterday. They told me to wait for another 1-2 weeks before check for application status again..

nobody else receive that email from aeon?
