Today the branch called me and saying that there is problem on my application so it will be late a bit to approve. I keep asking what is the problem on my application. Finally they said they haven't submit my application. I told them it is urgent and please submit by Monday. Promise me within 2 weeks can approve last time but did't even submit my application until now. same issue with mine.. haih

Apparently the branch officer told me that they require manager to sign on my application form before they can submit to HQ. Due to manager was on leave for few days, the application form was only submitted yesterday. They told me to wait for another 1-2 weeks before check for application status again..
