Received my second Aeon credit card, this card is come with J member.

I have called CS to identify few things:

1)Since I have both Aeon credit cards, I have asked about the rebate for RM50, both card are entitled for the rebate.

2) request for soft copy statement. CS said the statement will be send on every 15th of the month. Because I have complaint no received soft and hard copy statement. After CS assist to set for soft copy, and sms will be received immediately.

3) Internal banking. Different account need to be register for separately card even you have account for first card

i wish to own watami card so much, but they have rejected me as my annual income < 36k!

i have a crazy idea, can i submit my full 2013 payslip photocopy to AEON for proving my annual income > 36k?

Based on AEON Website, the Watami CC req is only RM24K per annum.

However, if your annual income is < RM36K, you are only allowed to have CC from a maximum of two (2) issuers only.

I suspect this is your issue, hnce, you can try to proof that your annual income > RM36K.

No need to give pay slips, your EPF Statement is proof. Just go to any say RHB EASY Kiosk or at the AEON HQ at Menara Olympia (there is EPF Kiosk) and print out your latest statement.

Alternatively, cancel 1 existing CC.

Yes, just go to AEON Website to register. Its simple, u only need the CC Number and the Credit Limit plus the Registered HP to receive the OTP.

sorry bro, I just got the Card so I cannot answer your question accurately except to say that for other CC that I hold, the answer is YES to the above 2-questions. So, I hope AEON is also efficient but best u call and ask them directly.

yes, thats my issue. i am holding mbb2 and ocbc tit cc right now. and not decide to cancel ocbc yet since anniversary is on august 14.

after include 2013 bonus, i just manage to archieve >36k of income. so they could see the proove by refering my 2013 epf contribution?

checked with my epf statement online, it seems like the bonus epf contribution is credited end of december, so that amount still not in my 2013 statement.

maybe just give full payslip?

Yup fill up the form and send it to them but if not stock got to wait for some time. just like my case i had to wait for more than 2 mths

I did not receive the dessert voucher. Called CS and they said that they will send to my Mailing Address.

I applied Watami Card on 31/12/13 evening. Due to 01/01/14 was public holiday, i expecting my application form to be submitted by cc agent on 02/01/14. Today (09/01/14) received the sms that my card is ready to be collected at One Utama.

Anybody has successfully reloaded Digi prepaid on Aeon online portal before? I managed to obtain OTP but after keying in, it doesn't proceed to the next page.

i wonder if it's just me or the same for others on 26/12/2013 i submitted my application thru main office in Olympia Tower and until this afternoon only i got the call from AEON verifying my details that's also after i made a call to inquire my application status this morning that's a 2 good weeks of time!
