They do have the right to close this topic.

Here are a few reasons why:
1. This is a not a dispute topic. It's a topic created by suntzulee to whine & to make the moderators / staffs / admins look bad. Whereas they ARE doing their job.
2. chin_kh has already open a dispute topic, but suntzulee refused to reply or defend himself in that dispute topic. So no reason whatsoever to open a new one. If he wants to explain anything, explain it in the original thread thread.

Because there's already 1 original thread. No need to open a new one.
And since suntzulee refused to defend himself in the original thread, this complain thread is redundant.

What's the point of creating a new thread when you can explain yourself in the original thread? Why waste Lowyat.net bandwidth?

I repeat, this thread created by suntzulee is only for whining & make the moderators / staff / admins look bad. Nothing more.
If he wants that dispute tag removed, then do so by explain & defend in the original dispute thread. There's absolutely no need to create a new one.

If he wants to whine, then he can whine all he wants in the kopitiam section. No one will close that topic.

Then do so after he has explain himself in the original dispute thread.
If he has explain himself in the original dispute thread with valid proof that he didn't do anything wrong but the moderator / staff / admin still ignores him / doesn't remove his dispute tag, then he can open a topic to complain.

But until now, suntzulee still fail to defend himself.
