Details of the complaint :

When you have a bias mod who always kacau your thread and abusing his power, there's no way to settle. My conscience is clear and i already attempted to lodge a complain but it was closed, http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=2616703&hl=. To simplify the whole fiasco..

1. I sold an AP set to chin_kh
2. chin_kh made a story i sold AP claim as SME
3. He opened a dispute thread on me
4. I pm apis and explain to him what's really going on
5. Apis sided on chin_kh and pakat to kacau my thread
6. I complain to Admin saying apis bias
7. Apis kecil hati and started to kacau my thread every day

That's wrap up the whole fiasco.

I just wonder, if I'm really a conman, why there was only one dispute thread which started by chin_kh and apis only? Why no others who open a dispute thread to complain about me since i sell so many stuffs here? hmm.gif

You guys heart is clear and able to view the whole rationale behind this evil plot by apis and chin_kh.
I will keep on complain both of them to the admin.... rolleyes.gif

Ok, i wanted to hear what actual problem that the lousy buyer encountered with the ap set. If hardware problem, it is still under warranty. I am please to get it fixed. If the lousy buyer wanted a refund, pls say so. I will take it as market price. That's the max tolerance a genuine seller would take.

To be frank, i can ignore his request (if he wanted a refund). But i really donno what's playing in his mind. He made up a story in a dispute tag which is self created and accusing me sold him sme set. Later when i refunded his money, then he created another story saying money not refunded but get conned by me....

Main problem is still apis, the bias moderator. He is the actual culprit. If he listened to both side story, the whole fiasco will not happen. That's the reason i raise this complain.

Hi apis, glad you reply to me. For the matter of fact, i wanted to pm but i think we should transparent for any conversation between us since im still accusing you being bias on this case. I wouldnt able to provide what you requested from me. Reason was all the conversation btwn mobile and the whole whatsapp was saved on my previous iphone 4. I sold the ip4 already and i format the whole ip4 before i sold it to the next buyer.

To show my sincerity, i'm willing to offer the lousy buyer to buy back the ap set with market price. In fact, i would not do that but i treat this as an exception case since this issue has dragged me for so long. I will try again to contact him again and end this evil plot once and for all.

You are right, no conman with a dispute tag holder will actively selling his gadgets here just because i'm not. Furthermore, stop harrassing my sales thread. I know you are doing your job but you are doing a wrong job at a wrong time. That's why i said you are bias. Can we settle this peacefully?

i think you are the one who nuts... Give you a simple scenario. I buy a new car at RM100,000. After 5 years, you are telling me i can sell the car for RM100,000??? Who the nuts buyer who would buy at that price. I don't even expect you to understand what's the meaning of depreciation cost.

If the above simple mathematic also you fail to understand, there is only one thing from you. You are nuts.

3 days past, no reply from chin_kh, as you said pls remove the dispute tag so that I can close this thread.

Look guys, a bias mod in action. Now, my complain stands as a basis on how you bias on this case. First of all, i take initiative to resolve this matter with chin_kh, i even posted the pm here. No reply from him and now you said no proof no talk?

May i know how do you evaluate a case? That was the reason i refused to defend on chin_kh's faulty complain thread. He opened an absurd complain thread and frame into the dispute tag, yes by right i can ignore him which i did. However you came in and sided on him without justifying the whole case. If this is not call bias, then is call berat sebelah.

Your position as a moderator is questionable. You sell stuffs here and you misjudge your competitor as well. Yeah, admin is good hearted to allow you to carry on your business. But the point is you have conflict on interest. Either you quit as a moderator or you quit your selling activities here.

No doubt you are bias. You deserve it.

Thanks for replying me. In fact i have done my best to settle this case though i'm not in the wrong position. As you can see from the pm i sent to chin_kh, i sold him an ap set and not sme set claim as ap. Between both of us, we know who is right and who is wrong. The problem now is chin_kh ignore my pm & refused to settle this false dispute which started from him.

Now, apis sided on him and keep on pestering me that i was wrong and until the extend to claim me as conman/Mr. dispute tag holder. By law, no one is guilty until he is proven wrong.

Nevertheless, i realized the longer this issue drag, the more severe it will affect my genuine and ethic business here. I'm just a petty trader and wish to earn some for living and sometimes just to get rid of my excessive gadgets (sold without any profit gain). Apis not only dont give me opportunity but he go and poison my sales thread everyday. Like old saying, "pour sand into one's rice bowl".

For the matter of fact, i respect each moderator/admin/staff of lowyat as they doing an impeccable service without any fees. Kudos to all of them but unfortunately, apis did bias and because of conflict of interest, he tend to be bias. Give you an example, i sold Note 2 and he also sell Note 2. In order to sell off the Note 2, buyers will also consider pricing, service after sales and one's credibility. By comparison, apis is a seller and also a trade enforcer or mod, so people will definitely listen to what he claim/posted/comment. For my case, he poison all my sales thread in order for others (buyers) to buy his Note 2. Now, can you see the case clearly here?

I will respect with salute more if you can refrain/stop all the mods & trade enforcer to sell due to conflict of interest. Then i call this is fair and the garage sales forum would be a better place to deal and no bias.

Even though you called me Mr. Dispute Tag which is very rude indeed. Shame on you, call people as that nick name. Is this a mod should behave??? Again, this show you are bias and abusing your power, just simply to humiliate a person.
If you realized that you have competitors though you said they are your friends, then why you still sell and become a mod/trade enforcer? Absolutely this is called conflict of interest.

Others dont complain about you doesnt mean they are afraid, just because you can abuse your power and simply ruin one's business. Personally, i dont have anything against you, but your ethic as a mod really is questionable. How can a mod call a person like that? You should respect other in order others to respect you. If you still want people to remind you about this, i think you should not be a mod at the first place.

To summarize the whole thing again and answer all of your doubts:

1. chin_kh opened a false complain on me.
2. I ignore him because it's baseless and untrue.
3. apis sided on chin_kh and kacau my thread everyday
4. Due to apis influence and abuse of power, admin awarded me a dispute tag
5. apis tease me with Mr. Dispute tag holder nick name
6. I try hard to resolve this matter with chin_kh with pm
7. chin_kh ignored all my pm to him

Again, i repeat that I sold ap set to chin_kh and not sme claim as ap. He made up the whole story and by virtue i refused to reply on his absurd complain thread, he used that to blind apis into believing his created fairy tale. Apis without listening to both side (as he is BIAS) commented/posted/criticized my selling thread everyday.

As a fair mod, apis suppose to investigate the case thoroughly and seek clarification from both side. But due to BIASNESS and CONFLICT OF INTEREST, he tend to ruin my image and credibility here. Moreover, as a mod, he cant tease or humiliate someone by calling MR. Dispute tag holder. He should somehow show respect and at least understand the basic of calling a person.

I wonder what apis told the admin, Se7en about my case but i believe Se7en should voice his stand here why he given me the dispute tag. This will be fair on the check and balance. If apis told Se7en (admin) to issue me dispute tag and he without finding the right facts and eventually awarded me the tag, then this will be very unfair to me.

The reason why i didnt reply on chin_kh's false thread is the complain is baseless and I really look stupid if i reply. For example, a stranger accused you for conviction of crime in facebook, knowing the fact that it was untrue and baseless. Then, is it necessarily to explain why you did not do it? By right i can complain back that the false thread created by chin_kh to admin or mod which what am i doing right now.

Let us go back to the initial objective of having a dispute and trade zone forum. Simple, to assist people from getting con or any negative incidents. But the point is whether there is any check and balance or clarification made whether the complain thread is genuine or not??? For my case, the false complain thread created by chin_kh was a story told by him alone. I felt it was utterly untrue and i refused to reply. But apis concluded i refuse to defend myself. But apis never ask me why i refused to answer the false thread. Eventually i told apis why but he insisted to side on chin_kh.

Overall, this is why i open a complain thread against apis_LuaLua, being BIAS on my case and have conflict of business due to his identity as a seller and a trade enforcer....

To show my sincerity to end this mess, i hope chin_kh pls come forward and tell me what you want. If you are afraid uncomfortable to pm me, you may email me or calling my mobile.

Let's us settle this case gentlemen. Fine, i will take back the ap set and give you a reasonable refund. At least, reply my pm or email or call me to settle it face to face. Forget about all the accusations as "CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT". I eat that up and i'm willingly to do a refund. Can admin remove the dispute tag for this moment because i'm unable to get reach of chin_kh. If he keeps on ignoring me, i'll be tagged forever, then it is unfair to me.

To the rest who concern, stop putting fire and minyak on this complain. My main objective is to remedy and to resolve this matter asap. No more personal attack and absurd remarks.

If you put in your complain thread as "Complain against suntzulee" and not "Conman:suntzulee", i would love to reply at the first place. Sometimes words and accusations are very powerful. Whether people want to take you seriously or ignore you is all depend how you frame it. Nevertheless, CUSTOMER is always right, I give in and pls contact me asap....
