Just one question that has been floating in my head since the first day I've been reading the Trade Dispute Resolution threads.

Why can't you guys just do COD? If it's from another state, then just don't buy it?

I think thats the most simple and efficient rule to curb out conmen.

Even when I'm selling something, and a buyer from another state offers me a very tempting price, I still reject them.

What's so hard?

help help i has paid this guy RM600 for a HIS X1600XT vga card its been 1month he didnt sent 2 me he always said sent d but i go check the parcel number they say no detail... now i wan my refund back he say will pay will pay *dun worry man trust me man* *dun worry man leave it 2 me* bla bla bla untill now 1moth again not yet get my refund.... any 1 noe his address? its been 2 month

now we have to help and find out the best wayout not just talk:x

Whats the point when the threads are increasing every single day at this Trade Dispute Corner but all you guys want is just a way out and solutions?

Prevention is better than cure.

I'm just advicing you guys. I think its better to prevent a trade via inter-state rather than wait will a problem arise and then ask the whole damn community to think of ways to solve for you.

Think about it.

Can I know where you stay ??
How about if the item is hardly available at your state ??
How about if you cannot afford a new one at your place and looking for a second hand ones and can't find one at your state ??
It is their money, their mistake of trusting the seller.
It is the sellers mistake, for not responsible for what he did.
In this case, both party are wrong, you just can't blame the buyers.
Don't tell me all things you bought are made in Malaysia.
You know why there are imported things ??

He did pm me last time ask me how reliable was him. I told him..i put him in my avoid list..or blacklist..but he still deal with him after my words .

It's long been said, think before u buy, only deal in COD, dont deal with new members, etc etc
Everyone knows this already (except newbies), they just decided to take the risk and go on with it. Just as every single deal online is done with at least a bit of risk however u try to be safe

If a person has lung cancer due to his smoking habit, dont go to him and say things like "Smoking is bad! I dont get why you smoke!"
Everybody already knows that and it's not gonna help other than help piss ppl off

only advice is dun trade with this guy thru bank in..the same thing happen all the time..

hmmm... i agree on COD is the best way for preventing fraud but that makes it hard for sarawakian and sabahan people to trade here. we only can rely on POS laju, and this WMA kid is giving us sarawakian a bad name.

Well this joker keen to use forumers $$ to finance his rig upgrade purpose.
Always buy the most expensive stuffs but never use longer than 3mths and then sell off to pay back debt.
