How about if the item is hardly available at your state ??
How about if you cannot afford a new one at your place and looking for a second hand ones and can't find one at your state ??
It is their money, their mistake of trusting the seller.
It is the sellers mistake, for not responsible for what he did.
In this case, both party are wrong, you just can't blame the buyers.
Don't tell me all things you bought are made in Malaysia.
