Just one question that has been floating in my head since the first day I've been reading the Trade Dispute Resolution threads.

Why can't you guys just do COD? If it's from another state, then just don't buy it?

I think thats the most simple and efficient rule to curb out conmen.

Even when I'm selling something, and a buyer from another state offers me a very tempting price, I still reject them.

What's so hard?

Whats the point when the threads are increasing every single day at this Trade Dispute Corner but all you guys want is just a way out and solutions?

Prevention is better than cure.

I'm just advicing you guys. I think its better to prevent a trade via inter-state rather than wait will a problem arise and then ask the whole damn community to think of ways to solve for you.
