Just to share~my humble under gravel filter shrimp tank.
like ive mentioned, theres been a shrimp population explosion in my low light one foot tank recently...
so unwilling as i might be ive take down my terrarium for vampire crab to bulid another shrimp only tank.
i must constantly remind myself that i'm not scaping it!! its only a shrimp tank!
here goes the pic:

-Erm I am new in aquascaping and I do not know what is fert. Dosage regime is just follow the bottle and pour the fertilizer.

I guess your in the wrong forum coz here is for planted tank that is for underwater plants talk only...

Since your here, let me give you some advice on your tank.
I may not be pro in planted tank but I have many years of experience with fishes.

You should DEFINITELY move to a bigger tank.

You got 2 Red Tail Barbs, 1 Clown Knife fish, 1 Pelco and 1 Patin Fish or Iridescent Shark all stuffed in a small tank.

Knife Fish and Patin can grow up to a few feet and in a matter of fact all fishes in your aquarium will grow into big fishes if the manage to survive till maturity.
Its very sad for such fishes to live in a small space. You should at least get a 4ft tank or bigger to accommodate them.
Its not surprise why your water is cloudy even you have a filter.
The tank you have now is suitable for a community tank. Its ideal for small fishes like guppy, tetra, mollies etc etc...

Get a bigger tank please. Patin loves to swim around and they eat a lot too.

Thanks bro.. I planted quiet a lot of limnophila in the beginning knowing it will grow fast and suck the nutrient.. It helps against algae too.. How old is ur tank?

I kena con ady ppl sell me emerged HC...

look for samsonncch in the petstore, he sells emersed or submersed HC, bought a batch from him b4, i think bariho also bought from him.
btw it is common that ppl/lfs sells emersed form of hc, infact they sell many types of plant in emersed form, the plant will melt and grow again in your tank, shouldnt be a issue if ur tank parameter stable... that said submersed is more healthy la, no nid go thru the heart pain of melting...
