Hello fellow sifus,

I'm on lookout for a laptop that's below the 2k mark. Any laptop that is bang for bucks and where could I find it in low yat or PJ digital mall? Preferable brands are acer, Lenovo, toshiba or dell

Thanks!!

Edit: non programming use. User is student with light gaming, watching movies, work on Microsoft programs etc

Z400 touch, i7-3632QM + Nvidia GT645M + (1366x768; touch)@RM2699, 4GB, 1TB, W8; backlit, 2 years warranty
Y400, i7-3630QM + Nvidia GT650M@RM2799, 4GB, 500GB, W8, 120wPSU, swappable ODD

Unless you are doing programming that require powerful CPU, both are way over-powered for your usage laugh.gif  icon_rolleyes.gif
It's a matter of personal taste, actually. Z400 is more slim and sexy with more colour choices. Y400 looks cool with the red backlit smile.gif
If you need to use laptop off power socket, Z400 will give you better battery performance.

Z400 stock current in malaysia market is non touch display laugh.gif
