its is quite impossible to buy the phone w/o contract.
ask ur fren/relatives/family to buy the contracts if they want the contracts.

Malaysia dont have tax for phone. I expect 5s will be 2199. 5c will be 1799 while 5 1999.

Yup. Booked mine. Gold is sold out. Chosen silver instead. But... My current contract only end by mid December, dunno will be a problem or not, coz no mention of contract extension.

Since no launch event this time, wonder if it will still be first-come-first-serve or is reserved only for the person who booked.

My apologies but Malaysia is only getting less than 10,000 units during the launch. Most of the units ordered are gold.
The quota supplied by Apple to Malaysia is very limited and thats why most of the telcos are not doing any launch party and are spliting the crowd to the resellers / partners store.
I cant provide you any black any white evidence here due to NDA (Non Disclosure agreement). It's up to you guys if u want to believe or not but i have read and seen this info with my own eyes and read it line by line but i wasnt able to share /snapshop / forward this info to anyone.

when u book? i have book my on 11/10/13, only receive and prebooking confirmation, but not receive 2nd email to collect.. very angry about maxis now, paying all maxis service (home fiber, mobile etc) every month RM530+ but my name not there..       

you buy from apple store, sometimes inside also got maxis card

so i believe if u go machines also can claim warranty, not necessary maxis, just dun show the maxis card to them
