i'm on ivalue 1 too and my 1st bill is RM33. was on conversation with the online chat representative and she mentioned that the free calls/sms/MMS only applies for MAXIS to MAXIS.

seems what causes my bill to be charged rm33 was that my iphone downloads loads of MMS from my contact address book. anyone having the same issue?

So i checked out the usage website, as long as I haven't used up my free mins/sms, the unbilled amount will say rm0?

Is it facebook sync cause iphone to download mms for contact? I hope u can find out what cause it. I rechecked the plan, ivalue1 got Local Calls (To all operators) 333 mins but if sms non maxis number will be charged >.< No wonder they switch to these kind of plans, we have to be careful.

First bill is prorated from date of purchase till your bill date, e.g. 15/2and is not eligible for RM100 rebate. The next bill with full 30-day cycle will get the RM100 rebate.

A mistake there. For iValue 1, you're entitled to 333 min of calls to all network operators, and 1000 min to maxis numbers. But SMS, yes, only to maxis numbers.

You will see some sorta figures building up until the bill date. But it will be deducted in the monthly bill. Rather meaningless to see that I'd say.

I got my bill and my internet usage before rebate is RM16,*** for 1.6GB. LOL so exaggerative!!

is it worth to get ip5 from maxis @ rm1188 for suftmore75 (monthly pay rm75 for 5gb data)?

or just get 2nd hand ip4s @ rm1250?

As per Option A, is the 5GB data your main priority? Also, are you currently subscribing a postpaid plan from any telco?

i plan to use that 5gb data for my ipad. and yes, currently using iDigi88.

was looking for 2nd hand ip4s bt after discovered this deal made me change my mind. coz i might gonna get the Digi prepaid data plan which is 1.5gb rm29/month, no contract for my ipad if i get ip4s.

Still, you need to top up another RM1000 for advance fee (of which will be credited back to your bill). So you still have to to shell more than 2k initially.

The more suitable way to see it is that you're getting first year of internet subscription F.O.C. So if you intend on maximising the 5GB for your devices then it's absolutely a good buy.

omg i would have fainted if i saw 16k bill haha. Ahh it sucks there's no way to check the usage then. Very annoying, with prepaid is easy to get online itemized billing.

Hi sifus, I did extend my ivalue1 contract from 6mths + 1yr contract.
Maxis still not deduct my deposit after 2 months usage.
Any idea?

Call Maxis CS and ask ?
Perhaps the deposit will start deduct once your previous 6 months contract is over, i.e. the beginning of the new 1 year contract (which is another 6-2=4 months ?)

Anyone that knows how to see the bill can help me?

I value 1 bro? I tot the advance payment paid is rm500? By the way, I just called Maxis CS and found out that the MEP in which I bought my iphone 5 from didn't send the rm500 advance payment to maxis yet

Luckily I asked, if not I will be paying maxis the rm500 deposit again and the shop owner will get the scam money

If you see negative sign, it means you over paid the amount. In this case your first RM100 has already been given back into the bill, hence your deposit became RM400.

RM-102.36 means you have extra balance left in your account. If the next month bill comes at RM101 for example, you will see RM-1.36. However in your case the deposit has not been returned fully to you, another RM100 will be credited to you, making it RM-101.36; i hope you understand my explanation.

Rule of thumb: negative sign = over paid, or simple said, no need to pay.

EDIT: you signed the bill on Feb or Jan? Typo?
