I saw in some local fishing magazines that in Zoo Negara they allowed anglers to catch giant-sized Toman.

But it only opens for fishing during the weekdays.

There is an active group you can contact to fish in Zoo negara, i think they charge RM80. All collections will go back to support the finances of the zoo. I cant recall the name but I saw it advertising in FB to get participants.

i stayed in puchong for quite a number of years, i've tried a lot of lakes in puchong but never this IOI Mall lake cuz i dunno where to start..maybe we can go together if u found a good spot, the lake is tooooo huge

there's 1 spot at the left side of ioi mall, right below the open parking space there's one small curve-out where there's lots of vegetations surrounding it and it looks like a really good spot to fish. however last time i went it was 'netted'.
