Thanks guys. Now most of the units are around rm770 to rm799 psf already.. Sudah naik harga. And developer has appointed a sales agency to sell remaining units. The agency will have an 'open house' tomorrow if not mistaken at shamelin star office..

Snapped some pics from my visit last Sunday.. Only able to snap the capella block since nearest to the parking space beside the office. And a photo snapped from the parking lot facing the taman.

Just received letter from developer on applications for syabas n tnb meter. According to them completion should b around mid 2016.
