Can any of you share what is the discounted pricing like?
Is it really 300k for 700sqf?

metalgearash,
Me planning for own stay. Unless price skyrocket after vp, then will cash out and retire. Haha biggrin.gif

Congrats and welcome to the family. Just wondering how much is the price now? Mind to share your unit size and purchased price after discount? The construction is progressing well. Hope the finishing is good. Cheers!

Hi Milo118,

Thanks for your advice and update. I agree as buyers are protected under HDA. I understand Housing Tribunal is handling LAD claim and from what I read from the internet the procedure is fairly simple.

Best wishes.

Anyone going to claim for LAD despite the fact that their Lawyer has sent a letter to inform purchaser that the developer has received approval to extend completion period by another 6 months? The letter was sent after we signed SnP. So is it legitimate?
