Went to the show unit earlier today. Seems a good location. Will proceed with booking maybe by this week. May i know mostly of u guys here planning to stay here or rent out?

No wonder I saw a 5km queue at Shamlin Star Sales office. Now I know the reason......cheap sale 700sf for RM300k. Going to queue now. Want to join to catch the toad which is jumping in the street?

Real. The queue is 5km long now and I am no. 200 in the queue. All trying to catch the toads simply jumping in the street. Quick come and queue. RM300k for 700sf with 3 car parks and 20% early bird discount and 10% Hari Raya special discount.

Yup. I booked the 979 sqft unit. Which is rm720,680 after 5% rebate. U will get another 5% if ur a bumi. Which is another bonus as well.

To me it is not so cheap nor too expensive if u take note of the location. Not too near to everything and yet, not too far from everything. Ikea jln cochrane, maluri mrt, sunway velocity and some other future development at the velodrome and downtown area. Alternative highways such as the Besraya and MEX highways are within reach as well. Sounds good to me. Nearby schools, pudu ulu park too. I can say it may be worth the price we pay. But anyways, this is my just opinion.

Just to share, they have currently raise the pricing by 1% if i am not mistaken by today. And next week the developer will be at Mid Valley for the iproperty expo which will happen from 7th to 9th August. I think that expo will be the last where they will be selling off all remaining units probably.
