The building should be completed very soon. You can see from the photo. However the application for Certificate of Fitness will take some time as approvals must be secured from various government departments/units. However very good chance will receive the keys before the year end. Best Wishes.

The latest MyTown Shopping Centre with 1.1 million sq ft of retail space and more than 400 stores is reported to be opened this coming November. This will add more facilities/ amenities and the economic spill over effects which will benefit residents of nearby projects including S Star. It looks like the pace of development for Cheras is moving very fast. Cheras folks need not travel far for their shopping trip.

It is indeed very amusing in this forum. It looks like non unit owners are more concern and worry about the project than unit owners themselves. One or two people even consistently try to tarnish the image of this project for obvious reason. However we are very optimistic.

Contrary to the above often it is the good project that people like to tarnish. Mostly these people have missed the golden opportunity to purchase earlier now they are envy of others. How do you explain people that purposely posted FALSE information such as the project will be delay when the SPA is not even expired. For your info the owners are enjoying gain. What we are doing is to put the record correct and not merely just defending it. To be fair this is a forum for everyone to participate but not a avenue for people to post false information with sinister motive.
