Years of experience tell me that there will always be people who are NOT owners or buyers of the project. They have vested interest. Sorry to say but most of them are agents. It is obvious their aims are to downgrade the project so that when the units are completed they could convince the owners to sell their units cheaply. In this way they could earn their commissions. Thus all owners must beware of such tactics and not mislead by them. In the event they are not agents then surely Sour Plum who miss the boat. Of course there are also agents who are honest and work hard to get the best prices for the owners. For the later group I salute them.

If he is not a agent with ulterior motive why would he spend so much time trying to downgrade the project. Most of the participants in this forum are genuine buyers or owners who used their hard earned money to buy their units. We are trying to share useful information amongst ourselves. I would like to reiterate that owners beware of people talking bad about this project so that he could get the owners to sell cheaply their units to earn their sales commissions. Yes there are agents that are long term, honest and work very hard to get the best price for the owners but there are also agents who are short term and very cunning. For the former I salute them.

It is just very easy to talk bad about a project as all projects have weaknesses. You name a project said AMAYA and people can start giving negative comments. However if you reflect on it who are these people who always downgrade project and you will realise that almost 100% of them are NOT the unit owners but have ulterior motive or they are simply SOUR PLUM.

This M... a persistent critic of Shamelin Star with a ULTERIOR motive and he is NOT even a UNIT OWNER. A free forum does not give him a free ticket to TALK BAD on Shamelin Star and post distorted and unsubstantiated information but merely made up stories. A sore loser or simply a Sour Plum for not owning a unit. My advice is that be truthful.

Glad that owners of units of Shamelin Star speak up. Will not surprised to see the same critic who is non owner continue to post speculative and unsubstantiated comment again and we should ask what is his motive for doing so. Any project has strong and weakness and it is just too easy to continue to focus on the weakness only. Well we are optimistic. Let the reality on the ground prove it. SS has already appreciated in value. Congratulations to all owners.

To All Owners. Went to the site and noted that construction is at very advanced stage. Infact they are now paving the roads. All the bumi units are now opened up to the public and according to the Sales Executive all the small units have been snapped up. Noted the selling price has increased. Exciting time is coming.

For SS the approved construction period should be 42 months. Please check your own SPA for the final confirmation.

Lepatliat , wow thanks for the photos. It looks like the project almost completed. Exciting time for the owners. Estimated time to get the keys ? End of year ? It will take some time for the CF to be issued.

Look very nice. Master bedroom and hall seem to be spacious. Wonder what is the build up area for this unit in the photo.Those units that are owner occupied need to start budgeting for furniture, bed, curtain, sofa etc. Exciting times.

To Unit Owners , recently saw a relative updated detailed WRITE UP on iconic Shamelin Star dated May 16 under the Website Shamelin Star, Cheras PropertyGuru Malaysia. Do not go to wrong website advertising for sale of unit. You may want to read the section on Pricing Analysis. The writer has compared the pricing of SS with other nearby projects. You can see how much the value has gone up. As usual do your own homework first. Metalgear you should be very happy.
