We need the cooperation of more owners to post here what are the rental they are getting for their units.

Thanks cfng79 for your valuable contribution.

This is to prevent agents with ulterior motive for manipulation and press down the rental.

Of course there are also good agents who work very hard to secure for their clients fair rental for their units.

Any F & B coming ? We need some good restaurants or cafes at Shamelin Star. Potential for robust business is good.

Friend I was given the understanding that the utility company want the owners to apply individually for the residential rates. Imagine 600 plus owners going there. There is no guarantee it will be approved.

It is difficult to get established food chains like KFC, Big Mac etc to come in.

If management could get them to come in it will be great.

Unofficially I am informed that restaurants (including chinese restaurant) will be opening soon.
Earlier someone has posted that 7 Eleven might be opening here soon.
With 600 unit of apartments there are ample business opportunities.

Understand 3 f & B namely Thai Restaurant, Mamak and Coffee Store are currently undergoing renovation. Seven Eleven is in.

Was informed that the 1st F & B unit ie B... Coffee officially opened for business.

Could be a good place to hang around as this place also has wi fi.

Mamak restaurant will be opening soon maybe next month.

More and more facilities/amenities are now available to the residents.

Enjoy your stay there.

Met many owners and most of them are happy that they had bought their units. Those who bought during the 1st Phase - Early birds stand to gain the most. Of course how much they gain depend on the entry point price they paid. Shamelin Star as we know is located at a very strategic location.

A good news as we were informed that the 24 hours Mamak Restaurant at the Corner Unit near the entrant of Capella will be opening for business this coming Friday. Wow Residents of Shamelin Star can now enjoy a good cup of their favourite teh tarik plus their roti canal within short walking from their homes. Those who take night supper now have another avenue to go.

When the Chinese and Thai Restaurants will be opening ?

More and more amenities are now available at Shamelin Star.

A new car wash from the shophouse fronting Shamelin Star has also opened for business. Those who are too busy to wash their cars can now sent their cars there.

Shamelin Star has stimulated new economic activities from the old shophouse. Suspect more will come.

Who knows as I posted earlier that there is always a possibility that Shamelin Star will help to rejuvenate those nearby old shophouses.

Earlier during the construction of Shamelin Star many people especially some real estate agents were critical of the project as they said the site is rundown with many old shophouse.
They are skeptical that the project will be successful.
Well it is now proven that they are wrong.

Passed by Shamelin Star yesterday and noted that the 24 hours Mamak Restaurant (Corner Lot) near the entrant to Capella has opened for business. Roaring business and saw many people eating there.

Looking forward to see more and more F & B units opened up with more variety of foods and drinks.

Was informed that almost all the retail lots have been taken up.

Looking at the various newly launched massive High Density projects in Cheras with blocks of 50 storey buildings and Two or Three Thousands units per project we are indeed very fortunate that Shamelin Star (SS) is relatively Low Density plus facing the biggest park in Southern KL.

Additionally SS is strategically located with good accessibility.

Imagine how the traffic flow in Cheras will be when all these high density projects are completed in 4 to 5 years times.
