this condo is really out off investors' radar....

visited the sales office recently.

actually sales are not that bad, now left less than 15 units and a few penthouse units. considering the construction period still has 1.5 years to go (completion date expected june 2016), there's plenty of time to sell the remainder units.

rebates are still on offer. KIV this condo.

Actually there were very few 1400sf units left the last time I checked. If you look at overall sales, developer managed to sell over 90% units, which is considered very good.

Those who live in Cheras no longer spend their time worrying about traffic in Cheras. If you can't stop thinking about traffic jam, then you should not live in Cheras or Klang Valley.

penthouse units, about 2800sft, developer selling at slightly less than RM1million.

it's a great bargain, if you are looking for a big size condo.

I visited the penthouse. Though the price for a 2800sft unit is a steal, the layout was poorly designed. The living room is comparative small and half of the balcony is occupied by aircond compressors. There is only one aircond at the main living/dining hall. There’s no water pipe outlet and power outlet at the laundry area. Workmanship is so-so. Some areas at the ground floor were flooded.

In short the penthouse was a disappointment.

Now there’s a penthouse show unit.

Is the penthouse unit still available?

I heard the penthouse unit is selling at RM750++k?
