hm....personally i think tenant doesn't move in out daily....maybe you had some bad experience previously....for me once a while noises are ok at least if i wanna buy a house i would expect some human around instead of a empty quiet corridor...just my 2 cent

Yup it's a fire-rated timber door like the one used in Livia Residence C180. The windows are also of better sound-proofing ability. |

The 10k booking fees is refundable right ? if there is any loan rejection from bank Anyone have experience with this ? |
